Memopezil Shipping: Costs, Tracking and What to Do When the Box Arrives

Shipping is free in the US on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs. The 2-bottle pack adds a fee, which appears at checkout before you pay.

The fee amount is not printed on the brand's info page. Add it to the $158 pack total when you compare, because it raises the daily cost of 2 bottles.

The 3-bottle pack usually comes out ahead of the 2-bottle pack. It costs $49 more, ships free and lasts 30 days longer.

With 2 bottles you pay $79 a bottle plus the shipping fee. With 3 bottles you pay $69 a bottle and nothing for delivery. With 6 bottles the rate drops to $49 a bottle, also with free shipping, but the up-front total is $294.

Tracking details arrive in your order email. That same email holds your order ID, which you need for any question later.

The website email, [email protected], cannot see orders. For anything about a parcel, the phone line is the right place.

Delivery times are not published. We would rather say that plainly than guess at a number of days.

Your tracking link is the most reliable guide once the order ships. If you need the capsules by a certain date, call the desk before you order and ask. The carrier is not published either, but the tracking page will name it.

International shipping is not published. Gomemopezil is the authorized U.S. retailer, and the free shipping offer covers the US.

Each order follows the same basic path. Here is what to expect and what to keep at each stage.

Open the parcel soon after it arrives. A short check now saves a harder conversation later.

Move the bottles somewhere cool and dry as soon as they arrive. The label says: “Keep away from heat, light, and humidity to preserve freshness. Store in a cool, dry place.”

A kitchen cabinet away from the stove works for most homes. Skip the bathroom, where showers raise the humidity, and a sunny windowsill. Do not leave the parcel in a hot car or a sunny mailbox for hours if you can avoid it.

Keep the bottles out of reach of children. If you share a home with grandchildren, a high shelf is safer than a counter. Keep the lid tight between doses.

Call the order desk first, and keep everything until they tell you what to do. Photos make the call quicker.

Plan to reorder about two weeks before your last bottle runs out. Delivery times are not published, so a buffer keeps your daily routine steady.

Each bottle lasts 30 days at 2 capsules a day. A 3-bottle pack started on October 1 would run out around the end of December. Setting a calendar note for mid-December gives the next parcel time to arrive.

If you miss a day or two while waiting, just pick up again at the normal 2 capsules. Do not double up to make up for missed days; the label says not to exceed the recommended dose.

Call the order desk as soon as you spot the mistake. The desk handles orders, tracking and changes, so it is the only place that can update a parcel.

Once an order has shipped, a change may no longer be possible. Double-check the address on the checkout page before you pay, especially if you are ordering for a parent or grandparent at a different home.

The 60-day guarantee starts on the purchase date, not the delivery date. Days the parcel spends in transit come out of that window.

The info page also asks for at least 30 days of use before a refund request. A slow delivery leaves fewer days between day 30 of use and day 60 from purchase.
