L-theanine is 100 mg, half the 200 mg used in most trials. Panax ginseng is 90 mg, less than half of the 200 mg single doses that were studied.

The label lists 540 mg of leucine, isoleucine and valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. BCAA research on mental fatigue used 7 to 10 grams during hard exercise, so this amount is under 10% of that.
